Yeah, so it's nothing much, but I do kinda like it :]
I thought I'd post it for fun!
- Monday: 3 times 10 push-ups + lift 40 times 5lbs
- Tuesday: 100 sit-ups + leg streghtening (+ 100 jumping jacks) -> optional
- Wednesday: 3 times 10 push-ups + lift 40 times 5lbs
- Thursday: 100 sit-ups + leg streghtening (+ 100 jumping jacks) -> optional
- Friday: 3 times 10 push-ups + lift 40 times 5lbs
- Saturday: jogging (my own route)
- Sunday: rest!!
Yeah, so that's that! It's just to keep fit tho :]
