My working out routine


Yeah, so it's nothing much, but I do kinda like it :]


I thought I'd post it for fun!



  • Monday: 3 times 10 push-ups + lift 40 times 5lbs

  • Tuesday: 100 sit-ups + leg streghtening (+ 100 jumping jacks) -> optional

  • Wednesday: 3 times 10 push-ups + lift 40 times 5lbs

  • Thursday: 100 sit-ups + leg streghtening (+ 100 jumping jacks) -> optional

  • Friday: 3 times 10 push-ups + lift 40 times 5lbs

  • Saturday: jogging (my own route)

  • Sunday: rest!!

Yeah, so that's that! It's just to keep fit tho :]
